Ali Dyer | Founder & Owner
Founder and owner of a:live communication, Ali Dyer has over 20 years experience
in the field of event management and consultancy and provides an enormous depth
and breadth of knowledge as well as a lively creative talent.
Ali’s early career served with HM Military Police, provided a solid base and keen
eye for planning and logistics, added to which a post graduate degree in marketing
ensures that all projects are strategically planned with maximum return in mind.
With long standing client relationships forged through delivering innovative, engaging
and most importantly effective event solutions for both the private and public sector,
Ali is the driving force of a:live communication.

Lisa Kyle | Office Manager
Lisa has now been with a:live since 2008. With a degree in Psychology, and a wealth
of management, marketing and administration experience, she keeps our office running
to a tight regime.
Lisa has now been involved within the events industry for four years and utilises
her organisational skills to juggle a career in this fast moving industry alongside
a family.
Fiona Neame | Projects Coordinator
Fiona Neame has worked full time in the events industry since 1997, and with a:live
for over four years. With excellent written communication skills and meticulous
attention to detail, combined with creativity and flexibility, Fiona is always keen
to find new challenges.
Fiona also is responsible for maintaining the ISO9001:2000 quality management system
framework a:live works within. Fiona is a qualified internal auditor and will shortly
qualify as a lead auditor.
