Following initial meetings with the client, a:live communication produce an event briefing document and project plan to ensure that all the key messages and requirements are clearly understood by both sides, thereby enabling us to deliver an event on time, on message and on budget.
Post event we provide delegate feedback services, as well as a full debrief with our client, to ensure that we build on best practice and continually evolve our processes.
